STEFAN ASCHAN, born and raised in Vienna, Austria, is the founder of and the personality behind, STEFAN'S LIFESTYLE PROGRAMS and STRENGTH 123. Stefan's creativity combined with his fitness, nutrition and business training forms the basis for his non-stop drive and innovation in the field. He is constantly engaged in improving his knowledge to better serve each of his clients. Stefan is driven by knowing that he can make a difference by helping individuals change their bodies - and their lives - by implementing balance in nutrition, exercise and lifestyle [think: Arnold Schwarzenegger meets Wolfgang Puck]. Stefan manages the day-to-day operations and handles all aspects of the business, including working one-on-one with his high-profile individual clients, leading group training sessions, developing unique programs and techniques. Commitment and discipline are key traits of his personality. While running his own company, Stefan continues to further his education and recently graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a Degree in Finance. He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition from The Clayton College of Natural Health. Stefan's unique approach to food preparation, which he continues to refine and further develop for his clientele, was first developed while studying hospitality and catering at Aigen, the top hotel and culinary arts school in Ennstal, Austria. Stefan currently lives in the heart of New York City on the Upper East Side, just a short jog from Central Park. |
