SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

1) MENTAL DETOX™ PROGRAM, DVD AND HOME GYM PRODUCTS

Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard time) M-F will be processed and shipped by the next business day. PDF files can be processed as quickly as within 10 minutes of placing the order. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday order processing or delivery. Allow up to 2 business days for international orders to process and ship.

After processing and shipping, you should receive your products in 5 - 7 business days and home gym products in 10 - 14 business days in North America. If you have placed an international order expect it in approximately 2 weeks depending on your city.

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, etc. and shipping refunds will not be processed for carrier delays. Customers will still be responsible for all shipping costs even if an item is returned, plus a $10 refusal fee for domestic orders, or a $20 refusal fee for international orders plus any customs duties, fees and taxes (please see our returns policy).




2) MENTAL DETOX™ CONCIERGE SERVICE

Strength 123 Concierge Service uses Whole Foods´ delivery system to deliver your food. All of the food items are not perishable besides fish, chicken, turkey, goat´s cheese and yogurt - in short, the protein category. We will assure that perishable items will be packaged in cooler packets to keep them cool for at least 4 hours. In case of spoilage, please call our customer service [and we will be happy to take back your food item.

To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate perishable items.

To receive delivery, you must live in a residential apartment or home and you or your doorman must be present to receive your order from our driver during our delivery times. Additionally, after your second order with Strength 123´s Mental Detox™ Concierge Service, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. If none of you, your doorman, or your alternate receiver is present during your selected delivery window, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery (a $4.95 redelivery fee applies) for that night. In such case, if we are unable to redeliver the order to you for any reason, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a fee equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since our perishable items are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items, in each case excluding fees and taxes.

RETURNS

1) HOME GYM PRODUCTS 

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee for your Home Gym purchases

The Strength 123 product - Home Gym - comes with a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt of the product and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). The product will be accepted for refund only if it includes all of the product components in good condition, with a Return Merchandise Authorization No. (RMA). For an RMA, please call (212) 750-3696. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for refund processing once Strength 123 has received the returned product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including original shipping and return shipping on all returned items, plus a $10 refusal fee for domestic orders. For international orders, please see below.

International Product Orders (including Canada): - You are responsible for all customs duties and additional taxes and fees charged by your country upon delivery. Our shipping fee reflects shipping only. We do not control these fees as they are levied by your individual country of residence. On returned items, customers are responsible for all shipping costs (including original shipping and return shipping), plus a $20 refusal fee, together with all customs duties and additional taxes and fees.

2) MENTAL DETOX™ PROGRAM

All sales for the Mental Detox™ program are final. However, we do understand customer service. If you are not satisfied with the product, please write us a short explanation [approx. 200 words] explaining your reasons. When we receive your explanation, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.

3) MENTAL DETOX™ CONCIERGE SERVICE

At Strength 123, we believe in offering our customers the best product at the best price. We receive fresh products every day to assure you the highest quality. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, given the perishable nature of our products, from time to time products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control or to quality that is below our standards.

We reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you prior to delivery.

Once you complete checkout, your price, where applicable, is guaranteed unless you placed an order for an item where we have inadvertently listed the incorrect price. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel undelivered orders for such incorrectly priced products; we will contact you immediately in such circumstances, and, of course, your credit card or checking account will not be charged.

Perishables

Since we custom-order and select your perishables, the per item price you see in your shopping cart for items we price by the pound/ounce is based on an estimated weight. You will always receive more then you pay for.

4) DVD RETURNS

You can return your online purchases to us for a full refund.

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

  • Return an unopened DVD in their original condition.
  • In case of a product damage, please return the DVD to Strength 123 Inc. We are happy to exchange your product after receiving the damaged product.
  • Include your packing slip and completed returns form.
  • Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
