Having been in the industry for more than 13 years, I have seen that most people do one of the following: exercise or diet. Some of them do both, but not correctly.
My experience on Wall Street, on campus, and in fitness facilities has allowed me to see firsthand what I call "AMERICA'S EATING AND EXERCISE DISORDER".
I took a look at the most problematic areas: bellies, thighs and hips, on both men and women. I realized this was not just about excessive fat tissue. It was about people working out and eating food without knowledge. At the gym and in life, most people do not know how to carry themselves; they don't know how to eat in a manner that increases their metabolism. Without a faster metabolism, they will not be able to lose weight or the excess fat tissue they have accumulated over the years. They won't feel as young and energetic as they can and should be. In addition, I have witnessed too many injuries that result from poor form and execution of exercises, incorrect use of equipment, and bad posture.
I wanted to do more than just sit and watch. I wanted to make a difference, and I wanted to do work that would bring me enormous personal satisfaction. I had to be true to myself, and utilize my expertise in nutrition and exercise. I knew that my time would be well spent helping people understand the bigger picture: what they are doing to their bodies, day in and day out.
For that reason, I created Strength 123's Training and Body Transformation Programs-an education-based formula with a proven success rate. The programs and services teaches its clients about proper exercise and nutrition. I believe that those two components must be broken down and fully understood, and then incorporated into daily life. This is what I think makes for a happier, healthier, more fit and productive lifestyle.
